Naomi is an outstanding asset to any design team – smart, fast, and hard working. In an early stage startup environment, where priorities are constantly in flux, and process is light (if not completely absent!), Naomi was always reliable and responsive. She takes direction well, and asks the right questions to ensure that what she produces satisfies the internal requirements and delights the customer. On top of that, she was often one of the first ones in the door and one of the last ones out, putting in time to clean up templates to make the job easier for the next person. I recommend Naomi highly, and would jump at the chance to have her on my team again.
